My experience was fast wonderful service. I would absolutely use their services again. Also recommend anyone needing a loan to use CSD. Glenda worked fast to take care of my financial needs.

Glenda is my go to person any time I need help or have a question. She is always helpful and knowledgeable with the information she shares. I know without a shadow of a doubt if she doesn't have an answer she will work to get me one. I feel that CSD treats their members more like family then customers. They simply care.

We have had several loans through CSD throughout the years. Great rates, amazing customer service. They make you feel like family.

They are flexible to work with my pay schedule. I make my loan payments biweekly. The auto dealers won't do this.

I love working with Theresa at CSD. The application is on line and easy to complete. I was notified quickly about the approval. All my questions were answered. The whole experience was professional and timely. I would recommend CSDCU to everyone!

CSD CU has yet to fail my family. We receive excellent service each and every time we have done business. Our family has been able to complete multiple car loans over the years and what would be a stressful process for most has been a non-stressor at CSD CU. My latest loan experience was exceptional. The personal service my husband and I received was excellent. We worked with Theenda Burrus and Glenda Collins who help us navigate through the process. Glenda was exceptional in exploring all options to help us get a loan. She worked hard for us and helped us clear all road blocks. Glenda stayed in constant communication with us, which put us at ease from start to finish. Your mottos is "People Helping People" and we can truly say that Glenda and the CSD team lived up to your motto as they guided us through this loan. Called Theenda on Wednesday to refinance a lease vehicle. I was done signing the papers before noon the next day. She took care of my lease pay off and had my new loan ready at a very low loan rate. Super fast and accurate service. I would not bank anywhere else. Thanks so much CSD credit union!

Since I've been with CSD, I am not afraid to ask for things that I need. They make me feel like I'm a family member who they will promptly take care of. Thank you CSD.
