Now the power to manage your money is in your hands. Just carry your credit union’s prepaid debit card. You pre-fund your card with a specific amount of money. So you control your spending, but can re-load the card with more money at any time.

Manage Your Prepaid Debit Card from your computer

Our internet management tool www.cumoney.com lets you track your spending with just a few clicks. So you always know how much you’ve spent, how much money is left on the card, and understand your spending habits. It’s an easy way to stay within your budget.

When the card is running out of funds, just re-load it by going to the internet management tool. Then enjoy the convenience of using the card wherever debit cards are accepted.

Before you fund it, apply for it.

To apply for the prepaid debit card, contact your credit union now. Prepaid debit cards are available to all members of CSD Credit Union. You do not need to have a checking account. Discover unlimited convenience while staying within your spending limits.

Don't Get Hooked - Protect Yourself and Your Identity

Enhanced Security Online

It might take a little longer to log in to your credit union's online banking Web site these days. Before getting frustrated, realize that it's for your safety. The change you're seeing is due to enhanced measures to secure Internet financial transactions.

Starting January 1, 2007, financial institutions are required to have in place a process called multifactor authentication. This means that, instead of just being able to log in to an online banking site with username and password, you might be required to answer a question or two as well.

The first time you log on to a site using multifactor authentication, you'll be asked to answer questions such as What is your favorite food? What street did you grow up on? What is your favorite teacher's name? Then, the next time you log in to the site you might be required to answer one of those questions. You also might be asked to enter a security code that you see onscreen or confirm a verification text image. This prevents automated logins by ensuring that a person is at the keyboard.

One of the most popular methods of fraud occurs through impersonating individuals during the login process. All these extra steps confirm that it's really you accessing your accounts--not some impostor who knows just enough about you to be dangerous.

e-Statements Available

Sign up for e-Statements today and opt-out of receiving a paper statement in the mail. Each month you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your statement is available online through our website. To sign up for e-Statements, go to the Services section and fill out the Change e-Statement Options request form. You can opt-in for e-statements and e-mail notification with your current e-mail address. You must be enrolled for Home Financial Services (HFS) to receive e-statements. If you are not enrolled for HFS click here and sign up!
